Foxborough land

This bill grants the Commissioner of DCAMM the ability to release or amend the use restrictions for certain parcels of land in the town of Foxborough, formerly used for the Foxborough State Hospital, to be used for the development of market rate and/or senior housing. The use restriction had been implemented for municipal recreation or public safety. The Town of Foxborough is responsible for any costs associated with amending the use restriction.
