Moakley (by vote of the town) for legislation to change the name and membership of the Nantucket Planning and Economic Development Commission; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1427) of William N. Brownsberger, Joanne M. Comerford, Colleen M. Garry and Jacob R. Oliveira for legislation to prohibit municipal bans of face coverings for protective or medical use; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1451) of Edward J. Kennedy for legislation to provide for reserve funds for school districts; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1453) of Vincent Dixon, for legislation to study establishment of, and definition of, a Middlesex Regional Commission; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1475) of Joyce A. Tomaselli, and Gracemarie R. Tomaselli, for legislation relative to the construction of sewer systems and assessments by cities and towns; and (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1476) of Joyce A. Tomaselli, and Gracemarie R. Tomaselli, for legislation to provide clarification of betterments with regard to sewer projects, report the accompanying Order (Senate, No. 2568).
