Eldridge for legislation to establish the MassGrant program to provide financial assistance to eligible residents enrolled in higher education; and (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 946) of Patrick M. O'Connor for legislation to create a scholarship fund to increase the number of medical providers who are knowledgeable in autism, report the accompanying Order (Senate, No. 2589).
