Establishes the Nature for All Fund to conserve and improve natural and working lands in Massachusetts, supporting efforts such as creating parks, protecting biodiversity, and restoring indigenous lands. The fund will receive revenue from the existing sales tax on sporting goods and may accept donations, with a 15-member board overseeing the allocation of resources to projects that promote environmental justice and equitable access to nature. The Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs will manage the fund, with the option to issue bonds for land protection initiatives, ensuring that the bonds are repaid from the fund’s proceeds.
