The Joint Committee on Elder Affairs will hold a hybrid public hearing on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 1pm in Room A-1 of the State House with an option for testimony to be offered virtually.

To testify virtually, registration is required in advance. Please complete this form to register before 12 noon on *Friday June 9th* - late registrants may not be accepted. Once registered, in advance of the hearing you will receive an email after the deadline has passed with further instructions on how to participate.

To testify in person, participants are requested to pre-register via this form; however, same-day registration for in-person testimony will be available to those present in the hearing room.

The Committee will only be accepting testimony on the bills listed on the hearing agenda. Please be advised that the schedule and agenda are subject to change at the discretion of the chairs.

If you plan to testify as a panel, please note the name(s) of your co-panelist(s) on the form when registering. All panelists listed will need to register individually via the sign-up form if testifying remotely.

The Chairs will limit oral testimony to 3 minutes per speaker.

Written testimony is encouraged and will continue to be accepted after the hearing until the relevant bill is acted upon by the Elder Affairs Committee. Such testimony may be submitted via email to joseph.russo@mahouse.gov and victoria.halal@masenate.gov.
