The Joint Committee on Cannabis Policy will host a hybrid public hearing on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at 10:30AM and will accept written and oral testimony in-person and virtually on the legislation listed in the docket below.

Persons seeking to provide oral testimony virtually or in-person are asked to pre-register by July 17th at 5PM with this form. Registered participants will receive an invitation to join virtually one day prior to the hearing. Please note that there is a time limit of 3 minutes per person for both in-person and virtual oral testimony.

All written testimony must be submitted to Meriah.Metzger@MAHouse.gov. The subject line of the email should include “testimony” and the relevant bill number(s).

Please be advised that the schedule and agenda are subject to change at the discretion of the chair.
