The public is invited to participate in this hearing. Advanced registration to present oral testimony both in-person and remotely is required. Those wishing to participate should fill out this FORM.

The deadline to register to testify both in-person and remotely is Friday, March 1st, at 5pm. Individuals registered for remote testimony will receive an e-mail the day after pre-registration closes with a link to join the hearing on Microsoft Teams. 

The livestream of this hearing will be available on the Legislature's website here.

There is no deadline on the submission of written testimony. The Committee encourages submission within 30 days of the hearing date.

The chairs will limit testimony to 3 minutes per speaker. Please be advised that the schedule and agenda are subject to change at the discretion of the Chairs, per Committee rules.
