The public is invited to participate in this hybrid hearing, which will be livestreamed on the General Court website, https://malegislature.gov/. To register to testify, you must provide contact information through THIS FORM by 12:00pm on Monday, October 27. The Chairs will limit testimony to three minutes per individual. The Chairs reserve the right to call public officials out of turn.

For those testifying remotely, you will receive a Microsoft Teams link with more information prior to the start of the hearing.
