The Joint Committee on Public Safety and Homeland Security will be holding a virtual hearing on House Bill No. 4794, An act to improve police officer standards and accountability and to improve training. Submissions for written testimony are to be sent to harold.naughton@mahouse.gov with the subject line "HB 4794 Testimony" by 5:00 PM on Friday, July 17. Those testifying will be placed in the order in which they sign up. Please note that the agenda is subject to change at the discretion of the Chair.
