PLEASE NOTE: THE HEALTH POLICY COMMISSION ANNOUNCED ITS DECISION TO CHANGE THE LOCATION OF TOMORROW’S HEARING FROM GARDNER AUDITORIUM TO THE HEALTH POLICY COMMISSION OFFICES LOCATED AT 50 MILK STREET. The Health Policy Commission is the coordinating entity for this hearing. In addition to in-person and written testimony, interested parties will have the option to provide testimony virtually via conference call. Further information and instructions on virtual attendance and live streaming are available at https://www.mass.gov/info-details/health-care-cost-growth-benchmark. To sign up to provide virtual testimony, or if you have questions concerning the change in location, please email Ben Thomas (Benjamin.A.Thomas@mass.gov) no later than Wednesday, March 11, at 10:00 AM. Chapter 6D § 9, the Joint Committee on Health Care Financing and the Health Policy Commission will meet jointly in a public oversight hearing to consider a potential adjustment of the health care cost growth benchmark for the average growth in total health care expenditures for calendar year 2022. The hearing will be held remotely and can be viewed by the public via the HPC’s YouTube channel here: https://tinyurl.com/hpc-video. The Health Policy Commission is the coordinating entity for this hearing. Please contact the Health Policy Commission at (617) 979-1400 with any questions Parties wishing to provide testimony during the hearing may sign up to do so by emailing Benjamin.A.Thomas@mass.gov. All submissions must include the sender’s full name and address. Parties who are unable to submit electronic comments should mail submissions to Benjamin Thomas, Government Affairs Manager, 50 Milk Street, 8th Floor, Boston, MA 02109. All testimony and comments must be received by 5:00 PM on Friday, March 26, 2021.
