The Committee will review current DDS policies, trainings, procedures, and responses to reports of sexual abuse. Verbal testimony will be by invitation only and will include the following stakeholders: the Department of Developmental Services, the Disabled Persons Protection Commission, The Massachusetts Coalition of Families and Advocates (COFAR), the Disability Law Center, The ARC of Massachusetts, and the Massachusetts Developmental Disabilities Council. Members of the public are encouraged to submit written testimony to the Committee and those who wish to attend are invited to do so.
