AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE SUPPLEMENTAL RESERVE FUND TO ENSURE FISCAL STABILITY IN THE TOWN OF SWANSEA.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 5 of chapter 93 of the acts of 2002 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. On the effective date of this act, any amount remaining in the Supplemental Reserve Fund to Ensure Fiscal Stability established by section 5 of chapter 93 of the acts of 2002 shall be transferred to the town of Swansea Stabilization Fund.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
