AN ACT RELATIVE TO MEMBERSHIP IN THE GOVERNOR'S HIGHWAY SAFETY COMMITTEE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 90A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 8, the word “ten” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 11.
SECTION 2. Said section 1 of said chapter 90A, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word “club”, in line 16, the following words:- 1 of whom shall be a representative of the Modified Motorcycle Association of Massachusetts, Inc., doing business as Massachusetts Motorcycle Association.Approved, January 23, 2014.
