AN ACT VALIDATING THE ACTIONS TAKEN AT THE ANNUAL TOWN AND SPECIAL STATE ELECTIONS HELD IN THE TOWN OF WESTBOROUGH
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 34 of chapter 54 of the General Laws or any other general or special law or town by-law to the contrary, the votes taken by the town of Westborough at its March 3, 2015 annual town election and special state primary election, and at the March 31, 2015 special state election, and all actions taken pursuant thereto, are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed to the same extent as if the town had complied with the statutory requirements for changing the voting machines for use at the elections.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
