Senate, April 19, 2018 -- The committee on Ways and Means to whom was referred the Senate Bill relative to veterans' benefits, rights, appreciation, validation and enforcement (Senate, No. 2326),-- reports, recommending that the same ought to pass with an amendment substituting a new draft with the same title (Senate, No. 2454) [This legislation will have an estimated fiscal impact to the Commonwealth of $800,000 in fiscal year 2019].
