Resolve providing for the erection in the house chamber of a memorial containing the text of the address which Reverend Doctor Martin Luther King Jr. delivered to a joint convention of the 2 branches of the General Court on April 22, 1965

By Mr. Williams of Springfield, a petition (accompanied by resolve, House, No. 2799) of Bud L. Williams and others providing that the superintendent of the Bureau of State Office Buildings be authorized to erect a plaque, in the House Chamber, commemorating a portion of the address Martin Luther King, Jr., gave to a joint convention of the General Court on April 22, 1965. State Administration and Regulatory Oversight.
