Emergency Preamble
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to establish an incumbent health care worker certified nursing assistant (CNA) certification pilot program, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
The House has not filed any amendments for this bill or has yet to receive this bill from the other branch.
