Registration to present oral testimony is required. To register, please fill out your contact information in this form by Wednesday, July 7 at 5 PM. Once registered, you will receive further instructions via email. Please be advised that the hearing will be recorded, and the recording shall be provided to the Legislative Information Services. All testimony submitted to the Committee is public information provided upon request. By submission, you agree to release to the public all information you have included.  The Committee will make reasonable efforts to ensure the email address or other contact information provided will not be published.  Please do not include any information you do not intend to make public, such as medical or other sensitive information.
