Regarding motor vehicle sales, transactions, and registration.

For in-person testimony, a sign-in sheet will be made available outside the hearing room (State House Room B-2) approximately 30 minutes before the start of the hearing. You may also email Siobhán Morrissey at (Siobhan.Morrissey@mahouse.com) to indicate that you plan to testify in-person.

For virtual testimony, you may sign up with the following form: Virtual Testimony Form. The deadline for signing up for virtual testimony is one hour before the start of the hearing (12 PM)
