Grid Transmission and Distribution, Green Financing, and Environmental Justice

The Joint Committee on Telecommunications, Utilities and Energy will be hosting a hybrid public hearing on legislation pertaining to Grid Transmission and Distribution, Green Financing, and Environmental Justice on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 1:00PM in Hearing Room A-1.

Individuals who wish to provide oral testimony both in-person and virtually may pre-register to do so by filling out this form by 3PM on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. Once registered, you will receive a Microsoft Teams invitation to join the hearing virtually one day prior if providing oral testimony virtually. Please note there is a time limit of 3 minutes per person for both in-person and virtual testimony.

Written testimony can be submitted via email to House TUE Committee staff at HC194onTelecommunicationsUtilitiesandEnergy@mahouse.gov and to Senate TUE staff Benjamin Minerva at Ben.Minerva@masenate.gov. The deadline to submit written testimony is Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 5PM.
