Please be advised that in lieu of a public hearing, the Joint Committee on Public Service will be soliciting WRITTEN TESTIMONY ONLY for the bills listed below. The Committee will accept testimony from 5:00 PM on Thursday, November 20th until 5:00 PM Sunday, November 30th, 2025.
