AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN BRIDGE IN THE CITY OF TAUNTON AS THE PFC DAVID A. FRANCIS, USMC MEMORIAL BRIDGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The railroad bridge on the northerly end of Stevens street in the city of Taunton shall be designated and known as the PFC David A. Francis, USMC Memorial Bridge, in memory of David A. Francis who died in action serving his country in Vietnam. The department of highways shall erect and maintain a suitable marker on said bridge bearing said designation in compliance with the standards of said department.
