AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BRISTOL COUNTY TO CONVEY CERTAIN LAND TO THE TOWN OF SOMERSET.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


SECTION 1. The county commissioners of Bristol county are hereby authorized to convey, without consideration, certain parcels of conservation land to the conservation commission of the town of Somerset for the purpose of a coastal access path. The parcels of land located in the town are more particularly described as the parcels set forth in an order of taking dated July 1, 1980 and recorded in the Fall River district of the Bristol county registry of deeds Book 1319, Pages 89 to 96, inclusive.

SECTION 2. The town of Somerset shall be responsible for any costs incurred in the course of the conveyance as proposed in section 1.

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
