AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF CHELMSFORD TO CONVEY CERTAIN CONSERVATION LAND.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


SECTION 1. The town of Chelmsford may transfer care, custody and control of a certain parcel of conservation land from the conservation commission to the board of selectmen for the purpose of conveying the parcel in accordance with the provisions of chapter 30B of the General Laws. The parcel is shown on Assessor's Map No. 95 as parcel No. 94.

SECTION 2. The board of selectmen may convey an access easement over certain conservation land. The land is described in a deed recorded in the Middlesex north registry of deeds in book 2328, page 249.
