AN ACT EXTENDING THE DATE FOR A SPECIAL ELECTION IN THE TOWN OF LONGMEADOW.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Longmeadow is hereby authorized to hold a special election on April 6, 1999, pursuant to paragraph (m) of section 21C of chapter 59 of the General Laws, with respect to those projects voted on ata special town meeting hel January 19, 1999.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
