AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF ABINGTON TO ISSUE AN ADDITIONAL LICENSE FOR THE SALE OF ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO BE DRUNK ON THE PREMISES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 17 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, the licensing authority of the town of Abington may issue to Duke JSK, Inc., dba The Abington Depot a license to sell all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises at 101 Railroad street in said town under the provisions of section 12 of said chapter 138. Such license shall be subject to all the provisions of said chapter 138 except for said section 17. Said lic authority shall not approve the transfer of such license to any other location.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
