AN ACT AUTHORIZING CERTAIN UTILITY RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN THE TOWN OF TEWKSBURY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


SECTION 1. The town of Tewksbury may lay, construct, maintain, operate, repair, change the size of, remove and replace a utility pipeline over 2 parcels of land, in which the town of Tewksbury through its conservation commission has an interest, by instruments recorded at Middlesex north district registry of deeds, Book 3849, Page 149 also shown as Lot 77 on Assessor's Map 99 off Mill Street and Middlesex north registry of deeds, Book 4182, Page 210 also shown as Lot 34 on Assessor's Map 111, on Bradford road, consisting of a proposed permanent right-of-way 20 feet more or less in width, together with temporary work space for construction purposes 10 feet more or less in width on either side of the proposed permanent easement immediately adjacent to the area of the proposed permanent easement. This temporary work space shall expire upon completion of construction or within 2 years from commencement of construction, whichever first occurs.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
