AN ACT RELATIVE TO CERTAIN CAPITAL SPENDING AUTHORIZATIONS.
Whereas , The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to provide for improvements and repairs of certain real property assets of the commonwealth, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
To provide for the continued availability of certain bond-funded spending authorizations that otherwise would expire on June 30, 2004, the balances of the following appropriation items and any allocations thereof are hereby extended through June 30, 2005, for the purposes of and subject to the conditions stated for these items in the original authorizations and any amendments to such authorizations.
