AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE T0WN OF HARQUICH TO ACQUIRE CERTAIN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Harwich, acting by and through its board of selectmen, may acquire by gift, conveyance, purchase or eminent domain a certain unnumbered parcel of land adjoining Kelley Cemetery in the town for cemetery purposes. The parcel is shown on Assessor’s Map No. 48 as parcel T1-3.M
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
