AN ACT RELATIVE TO CERTAIN LICENSES FOR THE SALE OF ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO BE DRUNK ON THE PREMISES IN THE TOWN OF HINGHAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
The licensing authority of the town of Hingham shall not approve the transfer of the license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises held by the Country Club Management Committee of the town of Hingham, d/b/a the South Shore Country Club, which is located at 274 South street in the town of Hingham to any other location.
