AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF ATTLEBORO TO CONTINUE THE EMPLOYMENT OF RONALD M. CHURCHILL
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding chapter 32 of the General Laws or any other general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, Ronald M. Churchill, chief of the fire department of the city of Attleboro may continue in that position until June 30, 2010, notwithstanding the fact that he has attained the maximum age for that position, provided that he is physically and mentally capable of performing the duties of his office.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
