AN ACT AMENDING THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF WINCHENDON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. The second sentence of subsection (c) of section 3-2 of the charter of the town of Winchendon, as appearing in section 1 of chapter 453 of the acts of 2010, is hereby amended by striking out the words “, Board of Health”.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
