AN ACT VALIDATING THE ACTIONS TAKEN AT A CERTAIN TOWN ELECTION HELD IN THE TOWN OF ROWE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 10 of chapter 39 or sections 42C and 64 of chapter 54 of the General Laws or any other general or special law or by-law to the contrary, the acts and proceedings taken by the town of Rowe at the May 19, 2012 annual town election, and all actions taken pursuant thereto, are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed to the same extent as if the full text of the ballot question voted at such election had been included in the warrant therefor.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.Approved, June 29, 2012.
