AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN SECTION OF STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE 53 IN THE CITY KNOWN AS THE TOWN OF WEYMOUTH AS THE STEPHEN T. O'DONNELL MEMORIAL HIGHWAY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

The section of state highway route 53 (Washington Street) from the Hingham town line to the end of said state highway at the junction of Broad street in the city known as the town of Weymouth shall be designated and known as the Stephen T. O’Donnell Memorial Highway, in honor of his service to the commonwealth as a highway engineer and dedicated public servant. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
