AN ACT RELATIVE TO TOWN MEETING WARRANTS IN THE TOWN OF TEMPLETON.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

Notwithstanding section 10 of chapter 39 of the General Laws, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the board of selectmen of the town of Templeton shall insert in the warrant for the annual meeting all subjects requested in writing by 100 or more registered voters in the town.
