AN ACT RELATIVE TO AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF AQUINNAH TO REFUND A CERTAIN TAX PAYMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. The town of Aquinnah, in order to equalize real estate taxation on all town affordable housing lots, may take from available funds the sum of $4,954.90 and refund to Geoffrey Craig (Spa) Tharpe the excess tax payments and accrued interest in the amount of $4,954.90 that he made to the town of Aquinnah for fiscal years 2005 and 2006.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.Approved, December 12, 2012.
