AN ACT AUTHORIZING CERTAIN TAX REVENUE IN THE TOWN OF WAREHAM TO BE USED FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. All sums received by the town of Wareham under section 2 of chapter 64L of the General Laws shall be used for capital improvements, as defined in the town charter and such sums shall be in addition to the town’s annual budget for capital improvements.
The provisions in the town charter and by-laws for bringing capital improvements before town meeting shall remain in force.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
