AN ACT PROVIDING RETIREMENT BENEFITS FOR A MEMBER OF THE FRANKLIN REGIONAL RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the Franklin regional retirement system shall provide retirement benefits, commensurate with dates of service and contributions made to the retirement system prior to the date of this act, to Wendy Foxmyn for serving as interim town administrator in the towns of Leverett and Northfield on the dates of service from March 17, 2009 to September 3, 2010, inclusive, and November 3, 2010 to March 25, 2011, inclusive.
