AN ACT INCREASING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE TOWN FOREST COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF NATICK.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 21 of chapter 45 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the conservation commission of the town of Natick may appoint a town forest committee of up to 5 members to serve without compensation for terms of no more than 3 years.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
