AN ACT VALIDATING THE RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL TOWN ELECTION HELD ON APRIL 2, 2013 AND THE ANNUAL TOWN MEETING HELD ON APRIL 22, 2013 IN THE TOWN OF READING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law, charter provision or town by-law to the contrary, the acts and proceedings taken by the town of Reading at the annual town election held on April 2, 2013 and the annual town meeting held on April 22, 2013, and all actions taken pursuant thereto, are hereby ratified, validated, approved and confirmed in all respects.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.Approved, October 8, 2013.
