AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE COMPENSATION OF THE SOLDIERS' MEMORIAL COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HOLYOKE
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. The first sentence of section 1 of chapter 113 of the acts of 1929, as appearing in chapter 44 of the acts of 1979, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 6, the words “an unpaid” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- a.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
