AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CHANGE OF USE OF CERTAIN CONSERVATION LAND IN THE TOWN OF DUXBURY

     Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
     A certain parcel of land in the town of Duxbury, designated as “Lot 2 2.91 Acres (HHA PARCEL)” on a plan of land entitled “Plan of Land, Temple Street, Keene Street and North Street in Duxbury, Ma”, dated September 16, 2008, prepared by Aaberg Associates Inc., and recorded in the Plymouth registry of deeds in plan book 54, Page 987, and being a portion of the town land described in a deed recorded with the Plymouth registry of deeds in book 36608, page 240, may be used for community housing purposes.
