AN ACT VALIDATING THE RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL TOWN MEETING OF THE TOWN OF MILLIS HELD ON MAY 12, 2014
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, action taken by the May 12, 2014 annual town meeting of the town of Millis to unanimously approve Article 6, of the town warrant, which permits drive through windows by special permit, is hereby ratified, validated and confirmed as if the planning board public hearing for said Article 6 was fully and duly advertised as required by law.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
