AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN BOAT LAUNCH AREA IN THE TOWN OF HARDWICK AS THE STEPHEN M. BREWER FISHING AREA
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The boat launch area 3, located at gate 43 off Greenwich road, west of state highway route 32A in the town of Hardwick, shall be designated and known as the Stephen M. Brewer Fishing Area. The department of conservation and recreation shall erect and maintain a suitable marker bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
