AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF HARWICH
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 18 of the acts of 2006 is hereby amended by striking out section 3-7-2 and inserting in place thereof the following section:-
Section 3-7-2. No member of the board of selectmen shall simultaneously hold another appointive or elective town office or any elected regional, county or state office.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect on July 1, 2015.
