AN ACT AMENDING THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF BOURNE
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. The first paragraph of article 11 of section 1 of chapter 117 of the acts of 2012 is hereby amended by striking out the second sentence.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
