AN ACT PROVIDING EQUITABLE TREATMENT FOR POST-ACUTE CARE HOSPITALS
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 25B of chapter 111 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 23, lines 28 and 29 and line 44, the words “acute care”.
SECTION 2. The department of public health shall implement this act as part of the determination of need review no later than 90 days after the effective date of this act.
