AN ACT VALIDATING THE RESULTS OF A CERTAIN ELECTION HELD IN THE TOWN OF CHILMARK
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law, charter provision or town by-law to the contrary, the approval of question 5 of the state election ballot by the town of Chilmark at the November 4, 2014 state election is hereby ratified, validated, approved and confirmed, notwithstanding any defect in the notice given by the town of Chilmark regarding said question 5.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
