AN ACT PROVIDING FREE ACCESS TO CERTAIN PARKS AND RECREATION AREAS TO PURPLE HEART RECIPIENTS
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
Section 2D of chapter 132A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “veteran”, in line 16, the following words:- , a Purple Heart recipient.
