AN ACT DESIGNATING THE PLYMOUTH TRIAL COURT AS THE THERESE MURRAY TRIAL COURT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
The Plymouth trial court located at 52 Obery street in the town of Plymouth shall be designated and known as the Therese Murray trial court, in honor of Therese Murray and her service as president of the senate and her tireless advocacy on behalf of the people of Plymouth county. The division of capital asset management and maintenance shall erect suitable markers bearing such designation in compliance with the standards of the division.
